History

Company history

Our company was established by our parents in 1967. Besides landscaping they had a nursery of ca. 2 Ha, mostly with conifers. Also our grandparents were already active in the agricultural sector.

In 1985 the three brothers Hermans Didier, Louis and Luc established their own company. The nursery was expanded extensively. At that time, a varied assortment was cultivated, but the passion for shape pruning gradually prevailed. Since the early nineties the specialization in Buxus and Taxus became a fact.

At the moment the area of our nursery totals up to ca. 30 Ha. The nursery is separated in different production locations, spread over four villages. One of our specializations is growing Buxus and Taxus in pots. The area of the container fields amounts to 8 Ha at the moment and is divided in a multiplying greenhouse of 17500 m² for the production of bedding plants. On the outside beds Buxus as well as Taxus are grown in bushes and as topiary.

Another specialization is growing a very extensive range of Buxus species and varieties.
